What would make something UNDELIVERABLE?
I have been recieving notices and everything from the USCIS and so far nothing has been sent back to them as UNDELIVERABLE.
I am now currently awaiting on the arrival of my EAD card which was aproved, and was sent on SEPT. 28 (as how it was stated on the case status). I have been reading some posts about peoples cards being sent back to USCIS for some odd reason. What would make something undeliverable? How would someone know if a notice or what not was sent back to USCIS? |

Is your address the same as it was when you mailed paperwork or have you moved and reported the change of address?

Any possibilities the card has been sent back, or am i just to excited? LoL Oh, where do the cards/notices come from anyway? Does mailing time depend on where you are located? I'm in NJ... Last edited by mARLBOROnj; 29th September 2006 at 09:16 PM. |

Im sorry but I must say...Welcome to the Club....
I don't quite understand what your Lawyer will do to resolve this...keep us inform on what your lawyer does to get your Letters. Also, DON'T CALL USCIS TO HAVE THE LETTER BE RESENT! I would write to the Missouri place and tell them your situation and that the letter is not being resent. I wrote to them a week ago, Im praying for a letter in the mail. best of luck to you
