Interviewed on 9/27 in LA
Hi all,
I had my interviewed on the 9/27, went through ok and the IO verbally approved my greencard and said I will received my GC and Approval within two weeks. However, I just got an email this morning about the I485 case, here is the message "An interview was conducted in this case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete." Anyone knows what's going on? Ususally people got a welcome email once they are approved, but not my case. The lady IO said she approved my case, do you guys think she would change her mind? Thank you all so much!

Here is my timeline:
H1 to USC filed I-130, I-485, I-765 June 23: Mailed the packet to LockBox June 26: Received Date June 29: Notice Date July 26: FP&BIO done Sept 24 : Received EAD card Sept 27 : Interview. Verbally Approved. Sept 29 : Received email on 1-485 status. (Case being processed,etc...but not a welcome email!)

I wouldn't worry about what the e-mail says, just be happy your interview went well and According to the IO approval!
