Hi!

I am a conditional resident waiting to apply for the removals in 2007.

I am thinking to buy an investment properti in the same city me

and my wife are living.

To apply and qualifi for the laon I ll use my name only and my

name will be on the title of the property.

Do you think this will affect my case???

Is there any chance that this transaction "risky", do u suggest to

wait???

ANy suggestion will be very appreciated.

I think investing in real estate right now is VERY risky, yes. I doubt it will matter much when you get your conditional removed though.

For USCIS does not mean that every single thing must be own by both and if that comes to a question, which I doubt, you can say because you can get a better loan only with your credit history which is understandable. Even at the beginning many people had property (house/cars, etc) solely by the petitioner so to have a title in something on your own should not be any problem, as long as you can show other items/bills/property you should be alright.
