Wife Of Green Card Holder
Hi friends,
I have a ques regarding my sister who is married to US GC holder .Her husband is about to get his US citizenship in a few months .My sister is a canidian permanent resident and she also has US multiple vist visa .I need to know can she travell to US and as soon as her husband gets his citizenship, can he file for her AOS N I 130. ? my first ques is .when she travell to US can she just say at the POE that she is visiting her relatives (not mentioning about her husband)? IS there any information about husband's status on wife's passport? Is it legal for her husband to file AOS N I 130 while she is on visit visa ? plz if any one of the forum gurus can answer my queries ,ill be really greatful to you people . thanks in advance . kas
