What's first 130 or 485?
My status online has had 3 LUDs for the I-485, but no sign of life for I-130, no LUDs at all.
I understood that the 130 had to be approved first before the 485 did. So what's the deal there? How come the 485 is being worked but nobody has even touched the 130?

Final approval for both is actually done at the same time, at or after your interview.

Hey Eddie,
I got no status change on our I-130 app on the USCIS website when we filed. Even after my GC was approved, nothing had changed. So I wouldn't worry about I-130 LUD status too much.
