Do you receive ND for 130 and 485 on one notice or different notices?
Thanks everyone. I only receive on notice for receiving 485 application..but i submit everything together..i got finger print for 485 and 765 also..should i wait for 130 notice? or just wait for it to be approved?
will you receive 130 approval notice or just receive interview notice. thanks

You receive them seperately. Note however that I got my NDs for all 3 forms I submitted on seperate days.
However if you're far enough along that you're had your biometrics, it sounds like the ND for the I-130 got lost in the mail. The interview notice will come seperately. Make sure your name is on your mailbox, in order to ensure the Post Office deliver everything. Also your I-130 will have had your sponsors name on it, so check for that.
