485 RFE response
Hi, My attorney mailed out the 485 RFE response last Wednesday. The RFE request my spouse's Tax return. However, he is the student and doesn't have the tax return, and we use our in-laws's income as the sponsorship. Attorney basically return the RFE with the explanatory letter. My question is, I haven't get any online update up to now. I think USCIS will always send the email to confirm the recieved RFE repsonse. Is it normal? how long does it take to get the online status updated? Will the USCIS be unhappy with the response and trun down my case?
By the way, We already included the in-laws financial docs on initial filing. Thanks.

the online updates could be ahead or behind weeks. both have happened to me.
as for the rfp. i think a letter saying he doens't work should be enough.
