Namecheck Complete!!
Oh wow, just checked the USCIS website and they said a welcome notice was sent on August 15th 2006. Just wanted to let everyone that has the namecheck pending (keep your heads up).
 it'll come!!Thanks to anyone thats ever offered advice, this is a great place and full of good people!

Well it doesn't give much hope for cases like mine. His Name Check was not really stuck. He was just called real early for an interview, before getting the results from FBI.
But anyway Congratulations to UnionJax.
