Infopass at NYC and FBI namecheck
I don't know if anyone had similar experience.
I went for an Infopass yesterday at Federal Plaza in NYC. Basically to touch base on my applications and see if I needed to apply for AP (apparently not). The officer was extremely nice so I took advantage and asked him if the background checks were cleared. He said FP cleared right away. I asked him about the FBI namecheck and he said it came back cleared as well. Officer was surprised that I was informed about all this stuff.... Anyways, if someone is wondering about FBI namecheck status....infopass is the way to go.

Thanks for the update.
I have the similar timeline as yours. I am waiting for AP and interview notice in NYC. Will update as well.

Your luck plays a big part .... The officer I spoke to in Providence was a MORON ..... She gave me the wrong AR-11 forms too .....
