Does 1447 (b) apply to pending name check for GC?
I read in some citizenship threads that after 120 days of waiting on name check, law 1447 (b) can be used to sue USCIS. Doew that apply to GC cases as well? Just wondering.

1447b based lawsuit cannot be used by GC applicants. For them, the only way involving courts is Writ of Mandamus. For a lot more info & examples read here: http://www.immigrationportal.com/sho...d.php?t=194681
