I grew old on hold with 800 number
I called the 800 number this morning and spent 72 minutes on hold, is it always this bad? I was working the whole time and had the phone on speaker, so it's not like I really wasted any time, but wow, 72 minutes on hold, pretty crazy.
Can I sue? j/k. I liked the message they kept playing that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the less busy times  hate to see what a wait on Monday or Friday is!!
