Family based greencard
An H1B holder got married to a green card holder in US. Green card holder is eligible for citizenship. Is the greencard holder can apply for the 'GREEN CARD' for the spouse upon becoming US Citizen. Is there any time frame or limitation to apply for green card by H1B holder when spouse became US Citizen.
