Lee Summit MO

I would like to know I will have my medical I-693 done on 07/11/2006, can I send it the Lee Summit MO or do I have to send it to the Chicago Lockbox. Please let me know so I can sent it out as soon I get the result.

It should be filed with your I-485 sent to the Chicago lockbox, unless you received and RFE that gave a different address?

If you didnt send it in with your 485 you need to wait for a RFE and then send it to the address that the RFE tells you to send it...Dont just send it in because they will have no clue who or where it goes and it could get lost

Ellis, you have to send your I-693 along with the RFE letter, because otherwise they treat it as unsolicites mail and won't process it. I know your RFE letter got lost, but call the service number or wait for your Infopass to make sure that they sent it again.
