F2A Green Card retrogression

Situation
• I am a GC holder working in UK
• Applied for wife’s GC: priority date is 30Apr 2002 (in London office)
• The cut-off date retrogression has been like the following
o

May, 2006: Mar 2002
o June, 2006: Apr 2001
o July, 2006: Sep 1999

• My wife has multiple-entry 10 year visitor visa, which she used for her work travels. US consulate is aware of this as we mentioned this (GC application status) while applying for the visitor visa
• I am transferring back to US in the last quarter of this year


Questions:
• Any informed suggestion about retrogression process as to when it may come back to previous level?
• Can my wife come to US with me on the visitor's visa? How long can she stay?
• Can she switch the processing to be done in US, if she can get to US? How long will that take?


Any other suggestion will be appreciated.
