How long does it take for the I-130 to get approved?

Just wondering how long this usally takes, the email we got says 990-999 days.... I was thinking holy...Anyways if anyone has any ideas I know it will vary but at least it kinda gives me some clue anyways My I-130 was sent to california (from Nebraska) dunno if that helps any or not

That is a standard message. If you are the IR of a USC, you dont have to worry much about the I-130 as (1) the PD is always current (2) The I-130 (if not adjudicated by the time of I-485 approval) will be adjudicated the same time along with the I-485. (3) You should pay attention to the I-485 timeline, not the I-130

Thanks , We just resent the 485 and 765 again (this makes the 3rd time) so hopefully 3rd times a charm and its all accepted ....
