Cuban LPR
I am a Cuban LPR, I got my GC under the Cuban Adjustment Act. I am going to sponsor my husband, does anybody knows if is the same treatment or under the CAA is different?
My husband is with H-1B visa right now, he has to renew in November, but my lawyer says it is better to apply for the GC now, not renew the H-1B and work with the I-765. Any advise???? |
