1. No that is no problem, but if she is the USC then she must bring her birth certificate or passport and the ID, the immigration officer normally make copies of the id's.
2. that is normal. That is why you had co-sponsor, and yes you must bring your employer and her employer letter and last pay stubs just to show that you are working.
3. correct. Your affidavit is still valid unless your wife now makes enough money to be your sponsor in the affidavit so then you make a new one, but stay as you are right now. Do you and your wife file tax together, I assume, so bring the transcripts with you and the tax returns.
4. Should not be, but I am not sure.
5. the 2005 and yes the joint return, very important.

Good luck,

No. This interivew is about you, not her.

You dont need another affidavit unless the financial situation changed. I think the lawyer meant for you to bring the co-sponsor's 1040

You meant co-sponsor, dint you? Most probably this will not be asked for, but photocopies should be good to carry to the interivew. It wont matter what the photocopy is from as long as it proves that the co-sponsor is a citizen.

Take all. The officer probably may not ask for it as the new rule requires tax docs only from the most recent year, but it doesnt hurt to carry 3 more sheets of paper to the interview
