i485 application help

Hi -
What is the expiration date on the first page of the i485 application? Is it the i-94 expiration or is it the visa expiration date?

Are you talking about the one below I-94 # ?
That's I-94 expiration date.

FYI, I was F-1, so I put "D/S".

Yes.It is the I 94 expiration.Because that is when ur authorised stay in US ends.

Thank you so much. I have a couple of more questions.

1. Form I-864, Part 3:Current Address
Should I write the address in US as my mother is currently in US with me? Or should this be the address in the home country?

2. Form I-130, field number 15, Name and address of employer
Should this be the sponsor's employer's name and address?

I think field also says.."(if any)"....It is the sponsored immigrant's employer and address....you shud write ...N/A
