EAD and AP may be delayed cause of RFE??

Hi all my name is Susann

Me and hubby applied in January for AOS with EAD and AP
1 week later we received our NOA1 and couple weeks later we got the biometrics. While waiting for the biometrics appointment we got an RFE for medicals and affidavit of support,

Hubby got everything ready I went to take the medicals.
But than when he put everything in the envelope to mail it over night he missed to put my medicals in .

Unfortunately the cover letter was overnight without the medicals.
Additionally we did not make any copies of the cover letters.

Know our hands are tight.
I have been waiting 30 days now and we have not received a second RFE.

What should I do??
Should I get an info pass??

Is my EAD and AP gonna be delayed??

please help

Hm, we had a discussion about RFEs and delays of further processing just a couple days ago:

In your case I would definitely call the 800-number (1 (800) 375-5283), or even schedule an Infopass appointment to find out. I mean, they will still need your medical form right?
Contact them as soon as possible to prevent further delays!

Good luck!
