Massachusettes will require all its citizens to have health insurance
"Lawmakers overwhelmingly approved a bill Tuesday that would make Massachusetts the first state to require that all its citizens have some form of health insurance"
http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/...nsurance_x.htm Will it apply to noncitizens living there as well?
