Why not a law to creat a gender-based quota for immigration?

If there are too many male immigrants and less female immigrants, then
it will create a seriosu problme that many can not find a woman to marry.

This is especially true if many female immigrant tend to marry citizens.

Clearly, the solution is to make yourself more attractive to a potential mate, instead of posting silly questions here.

Don't you think your second statement (citizens marry female immigrant) balances your first statement (male immigrant more than famale immigrant).

Needless to mention that your statements based on a wrong assumption that everybody MUST marry.

I can count on my fingers...the number of seconds it will take various organizations to file lawsuite against USCIS and US Government for gender based discrimination.

The law that comes close to gender discrimination is to section 101(b) of the INA, which granted automatic preferential immigration status, not citizenship, to the illegitimate foreign-born children of American mothers,
but not to the illegitimate foreign-born children of American fathers.
