Different Address would be a problem?

Our base location is NC. That's where we have a joint apartment agreement together, joint financial statements, joint insurance (health, auto). However, my wife had to temporary move back to NY due to her family situation. She has been working their, filing taxes their and has a NY DL.

I (applicant) however have been working here in NC where the interview is. Do you think this would be aproblem?

I have the same situation as do many other people in this forum. Just make a search and you'll find multiple posts...including some of mine when I was worrying about this.

Basically it's OK as long as you have a very good reason why you're not living together and you have enough proof that it's a real marriage. Did you send in your application already?

Yes, our interview is at the end of this month.
