Getting a new I-94
Hi all,
How do i get a new I-94 to replace a lost one? My status has changed from H1 to GC holder. Is it still reqd for intl. travel purposes? Any prev. experiences would be helpful. Thanks in advance !! |

I do not think you need to have it replaced.
As a GC holder coming back to the US, you do not need the I 94 ( neither the green one, nor the white one ( people with visas ) ). At the border, usually, you just have to show passport and GC. How did you get your GC ? Because if I well remember some posts here, when you go to the interview ( if AOS ), the officer when approving your case should have removed the I94 in your passport.
