How do i get a new I-94 to replace a lost one? My status has changed from H1 to GC holder. Is it still reqd for intl. travel purposes? Any prev. experiences would be helpful.
Thanks in advance !!

I do not think you need to have it replaced.

As a GC holder coming back to the US, you do not need the I 94 ( neither the green one, nor the white one ( people with visas ) ). At the border, usually, you just have to show passport and GC.

How did you get your GC ?
Because if I well remember some posts here, when you go to the interview ( if AOS ), the officer when approving your case should have removed the I94 in your passport.

Many EB based applicants get GC through mail, without any requirement of interview or passport stamping.
