USC name change before removing conditions..
I know this has been discussed before, but I think my case is somehow unique.
I already have my conditional green card and my wife now wants to take my last name. The I-485 and the interview were done with her name. She is going to keep her last name as a middle name. Example Wife's current name: Jane Margaret Doe My Name: John Smith Wife name after changed: Jane Doe Smith Can a copy of her ID with both names and an explanation letter would be sufficient to prove that she is the same person or is this going to delay the I-751(remove the conditions) process. I really appreciate your opinion

you answered the wrong question. the wife is a US Citizen and he has a conditional green card. Marriage Certificate would be sufficient at the time of condition removal.
