GC Holder Stay in India over 6 months Limit
Hello everyone,
I am not sure whether I can ask this question here. One of my friend who is a GC holder wants to know whether his wife who is also a GC holder, can stay in India for an extended period over 6 months. He says GC holders can stay outside US for only 6 months and if they don't come within that time frame their GC would get cancelled. I would like to know the procedures to extend the stay outside US beyond the USCIS set time limit. Appreciating your answers and advice in advance and Thanks for all
