Family Based Green Card - Sponsoring Brother & his wife
Gurus,
Please help me out.... 1. My I-485 approval date is: Sept 2001. When I am eligible for applying Citizenship? 2. What's the typical processing time for Citizenship? I would like to sponsor green card for my brother and his wife ( both are living in India ). I have couple questions here. 3. When can I file an application for my brother? 4. Can I file an application for my brother's wife along with my brother's application? How this works? 5. What's the typical processing time for my brother and his wife's greencard?
