Do I have to carry the GC in a long run training or race?

Say , in marathon, distance is 26 miles. Even finish line and startr line are the same, you can be 13 miles away from where you starts and finish.
That distance may be beyond what INS call "being able to produce
GC when requested" distance

you need to able to produce GC anytime the INS wants it - otherwise you will be deported immediately - I pray to god that your country is not canada aor mexico - in which case they will drop you off in the border and tell you to run thereafter.

LAW is LAW !!!!! Just because it doesnt happen to 99.9999999% of people - there is no guarantee that this wont happen to you - so go live in fear!!!!
