affidivit I 864 requirements for joint sponsor
hey guys,
i have joint sponsor who is willing to fill out I 864 , my question is , what else does he need to include as a document. I mean i know they need recent tax return , proof of employment, and proof of citizenship. so , whats form 1099?? is it necessary ?or copy of recent tax return will do it? what about pay stub? is recent pay stub required>? as well as tax return ? if so , copy of pay stub or original one? instead of sending pay stub can we send letter from employment ? guys please drop some words ....i appreciate it.
