Approved in NYC
This is my timeline:

July 2003- RD filed I-485 in NYC
August 2005 - AOS Interview in Garden City, NY
February 06 - I-485 approved
March 06 - "..after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

I wish you all good luck. This is a great country. God Bless USA!
