H1B Visa from a consulting company that was barred from H1Bs
Company X has approached me with an offer to do my H1B visa processing. I have heard that this company X was barred from applying for Visas inthepastyear but now have been allowed to apply for visas. There was some issue about this company and there was an enquiry from IRS after which they were debarred to apply for H1s for 1 year. This is the first time they would be applying for visas after being allowed.
Is it safe to go ahead with my Visa application through this company? Also, is it possible to apply for H1B visas through 2 different companies? Any help to understand this would be highly apreciated. Last edited by crystal22; 20th February 2006 at 08:44 PM. Reason: updates
