Do I have 2 H1's ?
I had an H1 from an employer and worked with them until early Nov 05. I joined another company from Nov 05 after applying and getting an H1 transfer. I did not inform my first employer that I have left the company and joined a new one as I had dues pending which they had to pay me and also they delayed my GC processing.
I was asked to resign my present job a few days back. I talked to my previous employer and they said you can come back to us without any issues as you still have 2 H1's. Do I have 2 H1's or just one from my current employer? Once an H1 is transfered how can I have 2 H1's? Can I go back to work for my first employer without having to apply for a new H1 transfer? Please reply soon. Thanks |
