H-1b Pending Since August 05
I have a pending I-129 since August. My receipt date shows August 25, 2005.
VCS is now processing applications for Oct. 22nd. This is for a 3 yr. extention. Anyone else has been/or is in the same situation. All input will be appreciated. THis is what it says on the ucis website: Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on August 24, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 90 and 150 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

I still have an I-129, 3yr. extention pending since Aug. 25th. Anyone else in the same boat?
Also, what do you think I should do to move this forward. THanks.

7th year extension for H1 pending since September 16th 2005
My H1 and my wife's H4 has been pending since September 16th 2005. In the mean time we both got our EAD and AP.
