h1b investigation case
Hi,
A company applied for h1b for me and after 6 months of waiting we called INS. 2 Weeks later we received a letter saying, "The processing of case E********** has been daleyed. A check of our records show your case is not ready for decision, as the required investigation into your background remains open. Until the investigation is open, we cannot move forward with your case... Has anyone received something like that? My attorney never received this type of letter. Any thaughts? Peter. B.
