L1A Renewal application - What about status if application is denied
Hello All,
My dad is on L1A since last 1 year and now his visa is expiring. We are going to apply for extension before the deadline. The lawyer told us that there is very less chance it will get through. 1)My question is that what happens to his status if the application is denied? He will atleast need a day or two to leave US. Will that be called overstay? 2)He does have a 10 year visitor visa and I don't want that to be affected by this. Please advice. I will really appreciate your reply. Thanks, Aat0995
