NJ driver's license, H1 renewal pending

NJ issues driver's license upto 90 days after the expiry of I-94. If the H1 renewal is not approved by then, will they extend is by another 90 days?

The license will expire after 90 days from the date of expiration of your I-94. They will not extend it further unless you have a valid visa then

PA drivers license

My I-94 says D/S (Duration of Study). I am on OPT now and my OPT expires Sept 2006. My drivers license expires Feb 2006. In this situation:
When would my I-94 expire?
After Feb 2006, for howlong can I have my Drivers license renewed?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

ImmigStories,
You can renew your drivers' license as long as you are on valid OPT. In your case you can get it renewed in Feb 2006 and it will be valid till atleast No,2006 since your OPT is valid till Sept 2006. They generally give 90 days from the OPT expiration date.

ImmigStories,
Your I-94 should state how long is it valid? It should give you an expiration date or duration of validity I guess. Not sure.

Thank you

My I-94 says D/S..duration of study or duration of stay.

So I should be able to renew it at least until the end of my OPT period. I can get it renewed again.....after I get my H1.

Thank you for your help!
