H4 filing in trouble:PLS help
Sorry for posting here.
My friend falls in trouble now. After marriage her husband missed filing F2 for her by mistake. Unfortunately, his lawyer missed filing H4 for her when her husband applied and got an approval with his H1. She realized that she has been in out of status for 3 years. So she applied for H4 with the same attorney but BCICS sent a query regarding her status. Now the attorney said that there is no way, so he did not do anything. Anybody has any suggestion ? How dose she explain about such mistakes by her husband and the lawyer ? Her husband has no problem with his H1. Any experience would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
