Buying/Running a garage/service center on H1/H4
Hi Experties,
Quick questions for you guys, a friend of mine(american citizen) is selling a garage. Could I buy it on my or my wife's name. I'm on H1 while my wife is on H4. Or could we buy on our son's name( he is just 5 months old but american citizen by birth) Thanks a lot in advance
