Please help...running out of time!!!
Immigration Gurus ...please help.
I have an MS degree from the US. OPT ends in Sept 2006. 1. Can I still apply for the Advanced degree quota for March 2006. 2. If it is too late for March 2006, How early do I need to apply to comfortably make it to the Oct 2006 quota. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
