H1B Extension premium process at VSC

Hi guys

Please state your experience with H1B extension/transfer with the premium process.

My lawyer send the document at 12.13.05, they received it on 12.15.05.
I didn’t get receipt yet nor notification of approval/denial/ref.
Is it normal? Please let me know if you had similar situation.

Mine is exactly the same case. filed on 9/1 waited till 12/12. upgraded to premium proceesing VSC received it 12/15. Email notification was sent that app has been upgraded to premium processing statimg that such cases are taking 10-15 business days. Today it is already we are into 6th business day. No sign of anything happening. I am keeping my patience and also getting worried as I fly to my country on Jan 13th.

Hi san27geet

Thanks for sharing. I will update you as soon as I have something.
Are you doing extension? By the way the 15 days rules suppose to be 15 calendar days not business days. So its allready 8 days passed for our cases.

Let me know if you have any updates.

Dont worry, Either way you will get some information with in their projected time frames (10 days for PP). If you get any RFE in between and if you respond , then you will get a decision with in 2 to 3 business days

Many thanks for consoling me. Your words does matter a lot. At least now feel comfortable that I took the right decison of upgrading it to PP, otherwise thru normal time god knows.....might have been another PBEC.
