I9 Form Question

I am 7 months old Green card holder.

FYI ..

I am joining in the new job in couple of days. (Client offerred me permanent Job and Consulting firm is releasing me in good terms, Consulting company is willing to void my contract with them "should not join client and blah blah blah"

Now My question is:

On the I9 form,

In Section 2:

In the List A document section (Employer asked me to fill this, though he should do it)

Document Title : Permanent Resident Card
Issuing Authority: USCIS ( Is that correct ?)
Expiration Date : I have provide the expiry date which is on my GC (Is that correct?)

I Appreciate your replies.

Your guess is correct. At the same time, as you mentioned,
you SOHULD NOT be filling this information. You are supposed to provide your PR Card to the HR and they are supposed to verify that (your name, photo etc) and take a copy for themselves and give you back the Card.
