I have no country
I have lost my original birth citizenship & dont qualify for US citizenship. I would like to travel to Europe this coming summer but dont have any passport. Whats my options??

Is there a way to find out which countries accepts such a travel document?

I have read that only 3 countries don't accept "white passport". It was Turkey, Russia, and some one else. I don't remember the third since it was a couple of years ago. I checked recently several European countries's embassy web sites and found that all Schengen countries and GB accept re-entry permit as a passport.

How long is this re-entry permit is valid for? When is a good idea to apply for one since I'm planning to travel this summer?
