H1-B Transfer at VSC
Hi Everybody,
H1-B Transfer - Vermont Service Center Received date = 5th October 2005 Got my EAC Number which starts with EAC06. When can I expect my approval notice? How long does it take to receive the petition after the approval? I have to travel out of the country on Feb 3rd, 2006 for my wedding. Will I get my approval before Feb 3rd, 2006 or should I go for premium processing? Can I change it to premium processing myself or do I have to ask my employer to do so? My previous Visa and I-94 date is Dec, 2006 and is stamped. Do I have to go for Visa stamping when I travel to India. If yes, how and when can I book my Visa stamping appointment? Please help. I am very tensed and waiting desperately for this approval. Anybody having any idea will be of great help. Many Thanks, Vijay.
