Question Gc Application (i-485, I-130)

Hello everybody, I have few questions in regard of the application process for GC through a family member. I would greatly appreciate your help.

1) I came on a F-1 Visa and graduated in MAy 2005. My OPT was denied due to receival of my application after the graduation date. At form I-485, part 1 , what date should I state as a time that my F1 Visa expired? The day when I received the denial letter or the day of my graduation? What should I write about my current status????OUT OF STATUS maybe???

2)Unfortunately, me and my life are in the middle of an address change...In week and a half we are moving to Texas for a month to her perents. After Christmas we are going to relocate again to another city in Texas. Currently we live in Florida. May I state my parents in law`s address as our perement in order to receive the USCIS documentation over there? I-130 and I-485 require current address...can I put the address of my parents in TX for that purpose?

3)G-325A, Unfortunately I had to work illegally in a restaurant for couple of months in order to have any financial resources? Should I list this illegal employment on my G-325A?

Thanks very much! I appreciate highly your help!

Since you will be moving a lot within a month is better to file after you settle down, that is my personal opinion. If you file now and then you move you are not giving enough time for change of address and that is just calling for trouble and especially in this time of the year.
If you are applying as an immediate relative of a USC then your work without authorization will be forgiven, but I think you should put where you were working.
Good luck,
