You are a little bit confuse with CP -consular processing (outside US) and AOS-adjustment of status (within US). AP & EAD are within the US as part of AOS.
If the NVC contacted you then means that you are through CP. Are you an immediate relative of a USC?

As I said if the NVC contact you they think that you are outside the US and going through Consular Processing, your aunt must contact the NVC and let them know that you are goint through AOS if that is the case. Remember CP and AOS are two different process.
Good luck,

The part that I don't understand is that you are talking about NVC, the National Visa Center just follow up cases that are processing through Consular Processing. When the person is inside the US and begun a case with them but will go through AOS (Adjustment of Status) then the case is manage through USCIS and the respective branch (NBC and your DO), but the NVC must know that the person will go through AOS. If you were an immediate relative of a USC you could began a case right away through I-130 & AOS at the same time. You can go to www.uscis.gov and take an idea what is going on and there is a 800 number that you can call and get more information.
Good luck,

If the NVC knows already that you are going to AOS, what other forms they told you need to file and send to whom? If it's AOS then you should file I-485, G-325a, I-864 (affidavit of support from your sponsor or joint sponsor if it's necessary), I-765 (if you want to work). But those are send to USCIS not to NVC. Check this http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigra...ypes_1309.html. The USCIS is the one who rules the AOS process. Check with the NVC about your case. The AOS is yours, your aunts doesn't have to file anything else, just the Affidavit of support and another G-325a I think, but all are part of your AOS package.
