H1b Transfer - Processing Times (Urgent)

Hi Gurus,

Please help me.

I filed for H1b transfer on Oct25th 2005, I got the reciept within couple of days and since then there is no updates on my case when I see the status online. I would like to know normally how long will it take to process H1B transfer case with VSC. I guess normally it should not take more then a month. I had filed for my H1b extension from my previous company from CSC and it got it approved within a month's time.

Iam planning to visit India by end of december, Iam a little anxious to know with your experiences if I stand a chance to get the approval by end of december...

Please advise.

Hi , i am in the exact same situation as you ! Can u please advise what happened and how long it took ....my case was submitted Nov 2 and INS when i found out was processing Oct 27 cases

I filed mine on Aug 31 ,2005 I got the approval on Dec 9, 2005.It's a Transfer at VSC.
