Question 2 year conditional residence requirement
Dear Experts,

My wife got her green card as my derivative benificiary of my employment-based I-485 application.

does the 2 year conditional residence requirement apply in this case ? do we have to file the I-751 ?

How about the Residents...
The conditional GC applies to those who married to Permanent residents also right? not just the Citizens.

In places like Houston where it takes more than two years for a spouse of a US Citizen to get their green card...they are given unconditional green card.
