should i look for another job?

I got my gc at the beginning of june, so it has not been six months yet, and yes, i have read all the topics regarding leaving a job before 6 months.

Heres my situation in a nutshell : company has been going through some hard times and i am always getting paid late and sticking with them, i asked for a 2 week vacation as it is my right and my boss says that they can't give paid vacation, basically, if i take the 2 weeks off, no pay, so i was not happy about that but finally put that behind me.

Now this week i finally got paid what i was supposed to get paid on the 1st of this month, but he says i will have to pay 1099 on that because he is not collecting taxes, and the funny thing is, he paid me the net figure, meaning, the amount that i usually would get with the taxes taken off, so i am still going to talk to him about that and find out if i just got a salary reduction or what, because it sure looks like it, and my salary on the 15th they say they don't have the money yet, i am really feeling frustrated, i just thank God that i am single and have the GC so i can and probably will take a drastic decision of leaving this so called job, after all the sacrifices that i made for this company, at the end of the day, i am just a simple employee...end of venting

any opnions appreciated my friends

Thanks ****, i thought about that, having something in writing so i can back it up if i have too. I can take anything but abuse, i hate being taken advantage of, thanks for your opinion.

Hey maxblacks, my rfe was just for an employment verification letter, they sent to my lawyer but it went back to them due to a wrong address, then i talked to the officer and they decided to send it to me isntead of the lawyer, lucky me.

thanks again guys
