Working abroad_Please help!
I have a chance to work in Japan after I got GC about 8 months through Extraordinary Ability(EA) catagory(with self sponsor). Here are my questions. Any inputs would be helpful for me.
1. Assuming that I work more than 2 yrs, is it legally possible to get two_year_reentry permit more than 2 times consecutively? If so, how difficult to get a second reentry permit? 2.As I mentioned above, my GC was approved through EA. Does it make any difference to reenter US? All GC holders are subjected to get reentry permit if I stay abroad more than 1 yr and less than 2 yr? Is there any exception for GC holders getting through self_sponsor? 3. Once my family and I give up GCs, can we apply GC again or is it legally impossible to get GC again? Thank you for your any comments Momo
