Anyone having the same problem? My received date is May 3, 2005, it says 90-150 days to process the case but it's beyond 180days already. As of Nov.4, VSC is processing June 4, 2005. I've seen in this forum that there are approvals applied later than mine (june and july).I hope somebody can enlighten me with my situation.I'm getting nervous that my application's denied already. Can I get my approval soon?Or I will wait again for another month? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure about this but you can check with your lawyer/INS customer service. I have heard that if 6 months have already passed since your application date and you have had NO response from INS then you can go to the nearby district office and can get a temporary/permanent work visa.
You can call the INS customer service and they can forward your inquiry to the VSC. Also, if you are in USA you can get an InfoPass appointment and go to the nearby INS office and inquire about your case. My suggestion would be to first call the INS 1-800 number(you can get it from www.uscis.gov) and they can guide you how to proceed with your inquiries. |

Thank you so much for your reply.I've tried calling USCIS toll free number for a lot of times and the customer representative kept telling me that there will be an EFFECT of change in my status if my employer called them.So my employer called them but unfortunately they told my employer to wait for 10-20 days because they need to look up what went wrong with my papers.
