No of Non-Immigrants in a company
Hi Friends,
Is there any limit (percentage, ratio, etc) for a software consulting/development company to have non-immigrants (H1B visas). Also, is there any restriction to have min number of Citizen/GC holders in a company. Any links/resources would be helpful
